Rev. Barbara Jamestone brings depth of understanding and poised presence to the planning and moderating of YOUR special event. She holds university degrees in several disciplines: Psychology, English literature, Business, Religion, and Education. She has worked as a chaplain, professor, local church pastor, non-profit director, actor, change consultant, and mediator of domestic and organizational disputes.
Rev. Jamestone has led study travel in more than 20 countries, done grief and trauma counseling, and is in practice as a spiritual director. Her experiences range from Outward Bound wilderness training in the Costa Rica rain forest to leading ritual in the Grand Shinto Isi Shrine in Japan.
Rev. Jamestone has officiated weddings and memorial services for over 20 years, She brings enthusiasm, flair, and fun to your ceremony, as well as meaningful ritual words, accompanied by the knack for finding creative compromise and integration of differing preferences.
